About Leichhardt Community Transport
 
 
 
 
Leichhardt Community Transport Group (LCTG) has provided transport services since 1983. We cover both the Leichhardt and Marrickville Municipalities, which are adjacent to and directly west of the City of Sydney.
Community Transport is about equal access - transport to access to all the facilities and services that everyone needs.
Our aim is to address the transport needs of people who cannot use, cannot access, or cannot afford, public or private transport.
 
 
 
Service Coverage Area
 
 
 
 
All Community Transport services in NSW are available on a geographic basis. It's not where you want to go that counts - it's where you live. LCTG Provides services for people living in the Leichhardt and Marrickville Local Govt Areas (Council areas).
Sometimes a suburb has a Council Boundary running through it. Parts of Newtown, for instance, can fall under either Marrickville or City of Sydney.

New Services
 
 
 
 
LCTG has introduced a range of new and upgraded services.
These include;
a new shopping service for individuals
a new flexible transport service for individuals
a new group shopping service, and
an upgrade of the TigeRider Shuttle Service

Vehicle Hire
 
 
 
 
Some LCTG vehicles are available for hire to qualifying incorporated organisations.
We have 3 Toyota Coaster vehicles available. All are 2006 or earlier models, have accessibility features, and two have wheelchair access. If your organisation is interested in hire, please speak to our Fleet Manager, Anthony Layton.
